We deliver across Bangladesh using trusted courier partners. Inside Khulna division, orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Outside Khulna, delivery takes 2–5 business days.

• Free delivery on orders above ৳2000
• Flat delivery charge of ৳80 for orders below ৳2000 inside Khulna
• Flat delivery charge of ৳120 for orders outside Khulna
• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Wrong item or damaged product → free replacement or full refund
• Size issues → exchange subject to availability
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer)
• Items marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” are non-returnable

Every item at Sneak Peak is hand-picked and quality-checked before it reaches you. Our outfits are export-grade premium, and our shoes are imported directly from China. We guarantee that what you see is what you get — no second-grade substitutes.

If you ever receive a product that doesn't match its description, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

Imported footwear comes with a 7-day defect warranty covering manufacturing faults such as sole separation or stitching issues. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Apparel is covered for fabric defects only, when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order — name, phone number, delivery address, and payment reference. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except our delivery partners to complete your shipment.
